Audits & Assurance
Unlike general workplace inspections our audit & assurance program is designed to audit items such as system implementation, specific activities or environments. These are ideal for assurance before a critical audit such as accreditation audits for Quality (ISO9001), Environment (ISO14001), Safety (either AS/NZS 4801, OHSAS 18001, ISO45001) or HACCP, DG storage accreditation etc.
Our audit programs are designed to provide confidence at either an operational level that process is being understood and followed, or at a board level to provide assurance that due diligence is being exercised.
Each audit is followed up with a comprehensive report and agreed action plan to enable our clients to manage.
Contractor Management
Using contractors does not remove your obligations to ensure that the work is being undertaken safely. S3 provides a range of services to assist in demonstrating due diligence and assist in managing contractors safety. Our services include reviewing procedures, pre-qualification, onsite audits of contractor activities, development of systems and training programs including tailored induction packages.

For law firms: S3 has the ability to conduct LPP audits, due diligence reviews and investigations across Australia.
Reviews – Documents
We can undertake reviews of process and documentation and either suggest or carry out changes to improve and align to best practice. This includes reviewing risk assessments, JSEA’S (JHA, JSA, SWMS), policies, procedures & guides, work instructions, emergency management plans, transport emergency response plans, spill management plans etc.
