We can provide either general advice and support on an hourly, daily, weekly or monthly rate. This usually consists of providing advice or conducting work for HSE projects, specific risk and control advice, general safety advice on how to manage safety, environment or wellbeing in the workplace.
Depending on the requirement, this can be conducted remotely, on an operational site or from a corporate office.
Strategy & Governance
Operating without a defined strategy and governance program is a high risk, ineffective and expensive way to manage safety. We have had substantial success with the development and implementation of annual safety plans, management KPI building that focuses on lead behaviors and developing 3 year road maps that provide direction and clarity.
Pre-qualification and Tenders
With a history of success, S3 can support you with the development of responses for pre-qualification questionnaires and the production of HSE tender packs including HSE Management Plans.
